* Pillsbury Chocolate Fudge Mix, 1 serving * *Stoney Farm Vanilla Yogurt, 6 oz * *Extra Light Olive Oil, 8 tbsp * Egg, fresh, 3 extra large
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 1 1/2- to 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
Mix brownie mix, oil,yogurt and eggs.
Spread in the greased pan.
2. Bake the brownies until the top springs back when touched lightly, 30 to 35 minutes.
Let cool for at least 10 minutes. Dust with confectioners' sugar and serve hot or warm
