Tomato Artichoke Soup (Slow Cooker)

Ingredients
28 oz Can Diced Tomatoes8 oz Frozen Artichokes2 Cups Chicken Broth2 tsp Basil Pesto1 Med Onion Quartered2 Cloves Smashed Garlic1 tsp Salt1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Directions
In a slow cooker combine diced tomatoes, frozen artichokes, chicken broth, onion, garlic, pesto, and salt. Cover and cook for 8 hr. on low. Ina a blender, puree soup in batches and stir in ground pepper.
