BBQ Sloppy Chicken Joes

Ingredients
1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil2 lbs. ground chicken (99% lean)1 Tbsp. grill seasoning, like Montreal Steak Seasoning1 medium red onion, chopped1 small red bell pepper, seeded and chopped3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar1 Tbsp. Worchestershire sauce1 (14 oz.) can no-salt added tomato sauce1 Tbsp. hot sauce
Directions
Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground chicken. Break chicken up to brown evenly. Stir in the grill seasoning. As chicken browns, 3 to 4 minutes, add the onions and bell peppers; cook 5 to 6 minutes, until the veggies begin to soften.

Combine the vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire, tomato sauce, and hot sauce in a bowl. Stir this barbecue sauce into the chicken mixture, reducing the heat and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Serve on toasted buns or whole wheat English muffins (not included in calorie count). Top with chopped pickles if desired and a nice cole slaw on the side. Makes 6 servings
