Carob Chip Cookies

Ingredients

1.5 cups carob chips2 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt1/4 tsp cinnamon (or to taste)1/2 cup brown sugar1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup canola oil1 tsp vanilla extract1 cup water
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a bowl and stir in the carob chips. Make a well in the center.
In another bowl mix the sugar with the oil then add the vanilla and water. Add to the well in the middle of the dry ingredients and mix well by folding over but don't overwork.
Spoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet by the tablespoon and bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown on the bottom. Cool before serving.
These freeze very well and I got about 2 dozen.
