Taco Soup

Ingredients
1 pound of ground turkey1 - 15.25 ounce can black beans1 - 10 ounce can Rotel tomatoes with green chiles1 - 15.25 ounce can corn1 - 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes1 - 8 ounce can tomato sauce1 - package taco seasoning1/2 cup chopped onions1.5 cups water
Directions
Brown the turkey with the onions. Combine this with all other ingredients in crock pot. Cook according to manufacturers instructions, usually 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
Makes approx. 12 - 1 cup servings

May be served with tortilla chips, shredded cheese, and sour cream, but these additions will change the nutritional values.
