Asian Pork Tenderloin

1 Pork Tenderloin1/4 cup Soy Sauce3 cloves of garlic finely chopped Juice of 1 lime1/4 cup Olive Oil1/2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1. Poke as many holes as you can in the tenderloin on all sides with either a fork or a knife.
2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a large plastic zip bag and mix, then add the tenderloin.
3. Remove all excess air from the bag and seal. Leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours, and up to 24 hours.
4. After marinating grill the tenderloin on medium for approximately 15 minutes turning once halfway.
Serves 4 (1 serving = 4oz.)
