Cheesy Ham & Macaroni Bake

Ingredients
1 lb elbow macaroni1 can cheddar cheese soup16 oz cottage cheese2 c shredded cheddar cheese1 can rotel tomatoes &b green chiles1 cup shredded parmesan2 cups diced ham
Directions
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and pour into large bowl.

Add soup, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, rotel, and ham. Stir well & pour into sprayed casserole dish.

Top with parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

    LOVED IT! The leftovers the second day were better, because the first day the kid could still the cottage cheese since it hadn't apparently melted all the way yet. He also didn't like the rotel tomatoes in it. But by the second day, after microwaving to reheat it was smooth & creamy. - 6/10/15
