Ingredients
2 egg whites1 TBSP heshey dark choc. cocoa2 scoops chocolate myofusion whey protein powder1/4 tsp vanilla1/4 cup unsweetened reduced fat coconut flakes1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1/4 almond butter (trader joes)1/4 tsp/ cinnamin
Directions
mix ingredients to get a smooth batter. add a little coconut oil to skillet. And scoop on hot skillet for a few minutes and flip do same other side. Makes 7 pancakes.Enjoy!!!
