Broiled Sushi Ginger Salmon

Ingredients
2 lb sockeye salmon halved2 Tablespoons sliced sushi ginger2 Tablespoons brown sugar2 Tablespoons Tamari light soy sauce1 tsp garlic
Directions
Serves 8
Preheat broiler to high
Coat cookie sheet with tin foil
Combine ginger, brown sugar, tamari and garlic.
Place salmon on tin foil, skin side down.
Spread ginger on salmon
Broil until opaque.
