Shrimp Ceviche

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced Cucumber (peeled), 1 cup, pared, chopped Shrimp, raw, 8 oz *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields El Pollo Loco, Jalapeno Hot Sauce, 1 serving Salt, .25 tsp Jalapeno Peppers, .50 pepper
Directions
chop all the veggies, add shrimp and hot sauce then squeeze lime over the top.. salt to taste and eat on saltine crackers.
