I make this several times a week. I eat it for lunch or dinner and use baked tortilla chips. I eat it alot and have lost over 40 pounds doing it! I omit the olives and add taco seasoning to the beans. To give even more of a kick, try pico de gillo. This is a great party food too! - 5/12/08

The fat count on this recipe is a bit misleading . Alot of the total fat is healthy fat from the avocado ! It's a great stand-by recipe ! Everyone loves it!!! - 3/26/08

so easy to make, and delicious! would definitely make it again, but perhaps i will use an all natural salsa instead of the tomato layer to give it a bit more zing. - 3/16/08

This recipe was awesome! I only used half of the recipe because I was attending a small gathering. I am making this again. No one knew it was low fat and I have a few people who would like to make it themselves! Great job - 3/25/08
