Ingredients
Olive OilMushrooms, fresh, 5 largeHomemade Chicken Broth, 10 cup Chicken Breast, no skin, 1.5 breast, bone and skin removed Spinach, fresh, 1 package (10 oz)Philadelphia Cooking Cream, 2 serving 5 oz.
Directions
Slice and saute mushrooms in a large soup pot. Add cooked chicken breast. Add homemade chicken stock, made from roasted chicken bones. Add package of fresh spinach, stems removed. Cook until boiling, add two servings (1/2 of package) Philadelphia cooking creme.
