whole wheat pitared pepperfennel bulbchicken breastProvolonegarlicOlive oil (or use Pam)
Preheat oven to 425. Spray skillet with Pam or use 1-2 tsp Olive oil. Cook chicken breasts until browned on each side. Quarter and core fennel, saving top, then slice thin. Seed pepper and slice into thin strips. Mince garlic. Add to skillet and saute until the vegetables begin to soften. Slice chicken Breast. Place vegetables and chicken on pita, top with cheese. Place in oven until cheese is bubbly and begins to brown. Serves 4.
