Sudried tomato and pine nut pasta

Ingredients
sundried tomato, pine nuts, chicken broth, white wine, garlic, onion, whole wheat pasta, salt and pepper to taste
Directions
boil water, add pasta and cook till al dente. meanwhile in a large sauce pan, combine sundried tomatoes, pine nuts, garlic and onion cook till onion is soft and garlic starts to brown. add wine, reduce to 1/2 liquid mixture (1-2 minutes). add chicken stock reduce once again, simmering for 7 minutes. pour over pasta and enjoy!
