dirty mashed potatoes

Ingredients
3 small russet potatoes2 tbsp country crock light spread or margarine1 tsp saltless than 1/4 cup whole milk
Directions
wash potatoes and cut into halves
in pan, fill with water so potatoes are just submerged
boil potatoes for 20 minutes or simmer for 30- basically until you see the skin peeling off naturally
turn off heat!
drain potatoes in a collander and replace back in saucepan, add salt and margarine mix
Mash with either hand masher or electric mixer- add milk to level of desired creaminess.
Serves 4 at 1/2 to 1 cup each
