Ingredients
93% Lean Ground Beef, 24 oz (remove)Basil, 2 tbsp (remove)Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp (remove)Salt, .5 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)*bread crumbs (panko) 1/2 cup, 0.5 cup (remove)Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Combine the beef, panko and the rest of the ingredients, well. Form into 2 oz hamburger patties. Cook until no longer pink about 10 minutes on each side. Serve as desired. Makes about 6 patties.
