1-1/8 C Flour1/2 tsp Baking Soda1/2 tsp Salt1/2 C Rolled Oats, uncooked1/3 C granulated sugar1 C Craisins1/2 C White Chocolate Chips1/2 C Butter, softened1 Egg1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Drop onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 18 cookies.
