raisens (handful)cranberries (dried) teablspooncherrirs dried (less than 10g)blueberries (1 tablespn)oatsmilkwater
throw all the ingredient into a non stick saucepan, turn on the heat underneath and start to ccok, as the mixture dries out use water to keep it going until the fruit has swelled and the oats are cooked. Serves 2 for comfort food, or if hungry or if just fro breakfast - very filling!
