Easy Pizza Casserole

Ingredients
Beef 7%, 16 oz. packageArmour Turkey Pepperoni, whole package, approx 72 slices, cut in halfLindsay Black Olives, pre-sliced, whole can, drainedBarilla Whole-Grain Rotini Pasta, 8 ozRagu Homestyle Pizza Sauce, 2 jarsMushrooms, fresh & sliced, 8 oz. pkg.Mozzarella for topping
Directions
Fry beef in a non-stick frying pan. You might need to add just a little water because the meat is so low-fat, it may stick a bit and the water will loosen it up. Fry on medium low with the lid on so the meat cooks very soft & tender, but check often and stir. Once done, drain liquid, return beef to pan and add pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, and sauce. Let mixture simmer while pasta cooks in separate big pot.
Once your pasta is done, drain it, return it to the big pot. Then, making sure sauce is thoroughly heated, mix in with pasta. Top with mozzarella.
