GF Pizza Crust/Flat Bread

Ingredients
1 Tbsp Gluten Free Dry Yeast1.5 cups almond flour1 cup garbanzo bean flour2 Tbsp dry milk powder2 tsp xanthan gum1/2 tsp sea salt1 tsp unflavored gelation powder1 tsp Italian herb seasoning2/3 cup warm water1 tp olive oil1 tsp organic apple cider vinegarGrapeseed Oil
Directions
Preheat oven 425. In mixing bowl combine yeast, flours, dry milk powder, xanthan gum, salt gelatin powder and Ital herb seasoning. Use elec mixer on low to blend dry ingredients. Add warm water, olive oil, vinegar. Mix on high for 3 min. Dough will be very sticky.

coat pan w grapeseed oil Place dough on pan and sprinkle with bean flour to help press it evenly into the pan (12" round or 9x13). Bake for 8-10 min. Remove pizza crust from oven and top with favorite sauce and toppings. Bake for an additional 15-20 min.
