Simply whip up heavy cream and sweetener (I use splenda)and protein powder of choice. (I use Champion Chocolate) .Not intended to be a desert only recipe. Intended to be an alternative method to get in more protein in a unique way without carbs, sugars etc.
Whip cream and splenda. Add in protein powder and then either refrigerate or freeze
