Oatmeal Cookies, Vegan LoFat

Ingredients
1.5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened1/2 cup brown sugar1/4 cup honey1/4 cup Smart Squeeze Margarine Spread1/2 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup white wheat flour, unbleached1 cup coconut, grated unsweetened3 cups Rolled Oats, Quick1 cup Raisins2 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Drop by spoonful onto sprayed cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

    I eat honey and I am vegan.
    Some vegans do eat honey and some don't.
    I was going to make this recipe...they sound divine, but then I saw the calorie content!!
    That's a lot for one serving!
