Fresh Strawberry Jam

Ingredients
2 pt Strawberries, sliced1/2 pt Blueberries1 Granny Smith Apple, peeled, cored, chopped1 tsp Lemon Zest1 tbsp Orange ZestJuice of 1 LemonJuice of 1 Orange1/2 cup Water1/2 tsp Kosher Salt1/2 cup Sugar1/2 cup Honey
Directions
Clean and slice strawberries, add to deep heavy bottomed pot. Add blueberries and peeled and chopped apple. Add lemon and orange zest, then juice fruit and add juice. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Boil for 20 minutes, stirring constantly. Allow to cool and store refrigerated or frozen. Makes 3 8 oz containers, serving size 2 tbsp.
