Breakfast Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients
1 tsp Baking Soda, 1/4 tsp Salt, p 1/2 c Canola Oil 2/3 c Granulated Sugar 2/3 c packed Brown Sugar2 egg whites Egg white, 2 serving (remove)1 1.2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1/2 c Old Fashioned Oats1/2c Raisins, 1/2 cup Arrowhead Mills Organic Oat Flour2 Tbsp ground Flax Seed Meal1/4 c chopped Walnuts,1 c Health Choice Ultragrain flour
Directions
Beat egg whites and canola oil. Add sugar. Mix. Add dry ingredients except for raisins. Mix. Add in raisins. Drop by Tablespoons full on cooking stone. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes- Edges brown; centers soft. Yummy! Makes 16 cookies about 2.5 inches in diameter.
