Ground Flax Meal Hot Cereal

2 tbsp of flax meal (ground flax)1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (stevia sweetened)1/3 cup coconut milk (I used full fat)Dash cinnamon2-3 tbsp water (less if you like really thick cereal)
Blend all ingredients, quickly as flax meal can clump. Let sit for at least 2 minutes to thicken, letting the flax meal absorb the liquid. Then nuke in microwave for 1 minute and eat. Yummy. this is great if you love hot cereal.
You can use a blender as the flax clumps quickly as it absorbs the liquid, but you could likely also use a whisk and really mix it together quickly.
You could leave out the coconut milk, but that is what makes it creamy. Feel free to sub light coconut milk if you prefer.
