Chicken & Vegetable Tikka Masala

1 jar Patak's Tikka Masala Curry Sauce3 skinless chicken breasts (cubed)4 celery sticks (chopped)2 bell peppers (sliced)1 yellow onion (chopped)2 cups (dry) whole grain rice
Heat a large non-stick pan (add a little pam or olive oil if necessary). Cook chicken and onion together until chicken turns white (about 10 mins) on medium-high heat.
During this time put the rice on to cook seperately.
Now add the rest of the veg and cook to soften (about 10 mins) on medium heat.
Now add the jar of sauce, mix well and simmer for about 10 mins on medium heat.
Drain rice, mix well into curry and serve.
