Cod and Cauliflower Soup

Cod (1 lb)Cauliflower (1 medium)Corn ears (2)Sweet Red Pepper (1)Onion (1 medium)Sprouted Buckwheat (1 cup)Garlic (8 cloves)Salt (1 tsp)Black Pepper (0.5 tsp)Turmeric (1 tbsp)Extra-virgin Olive Oil (1 tbsp)
Makes 4 2-cup servings
Heat olive oil (medium). When oil is hot add chopped onion, pressed garlic cloves,, chopped cauliflower and red pepper and turmeric. Cook until onion is softened. Add chicken broth, simmer for 25 minutes. Add sprouted buckwheat, salt and pepper and stir. Finish simmering for another 5 minutes.
Serve with French bread or crackers.
