Parmesan Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
Garlic Puree:1 head garlic1 tsp extra virgin olive oilSauce:3/4 cup buttermilk1/4 cup sour cream6 tbsp fit & active light mayonnaise3 tbsp ground parmesan 1/2 tsp dried parsley, crumbled1/2 tsp chopped chives1/4 tsp oregano, crumbled1/4 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes1/8 tsp black pepper
Directions
Garlic Puree:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Toss 1 head whole, peeled garlic in 1 tsp olive oil & spread out in shallow baking pan. Place pan in oven and roast until the garlic is soft, 10 minutes or more. Remove pan & place roasted garlic in blender. Pulse garlic until it becomes rich & creamy. Add to sauce ingredients.

Sauce:
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl and mix with whisk until smooth and creamy in texture. Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes prior to serving. Use within 5 days to ensure freshness.

Makes about 1 1/2 cups - serving size about 1/8 cup
