* Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 2 crust, single 9" (remove) * *Flour, white, * *Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, * Cinnamon, ground, * Salt, * Cloves, ground, * Walnuts, .50 cup, * Apples, fresh, * *Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, * *Flour, white, * Cinnamon, ground, * Cloves, ground,
2 single pie crusts cut to fit cup cake liners, apply them in your cupcake liners and set aside.
Crumb topping:
combine
1 1/2 flour
1/4 and 2 TBSP of Splenda brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cloves
3/4 cup(1 1/2 sticks)unsalted butter
5 TBSP chopped walnuts
until crumbly
Filling:
In a large bowl mix
6 small apples peeled, cored and diced
1/4 and 2 TBSP of Splenda brown sugar blend
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 ground cloves
when well mixed fill your cup cake crust liners with the filling and apply the crumb topping on top
Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes until apples are tender.
