Spaghetti Squash (Paleo Diet)

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef1 T extra virgin olive oilone spaghetti squash2 1/2 cups Kroger original marinara sauce2 cloves of garlic, minced
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Split the squash lengthwise and dig out the seeds. Place halves face down on a baking pan and 1/4 cup of water. Bake for 30 minutes.

Brown meat in the olive oil. Once the meat is brown. Once the squash is done, scoop it out with a fork and add it to the meat. Add the marinara sauce, stir, bring to a simmer. Add the garlic just before serving to maximize health benefits.

Makes 6 one cup servings.
