Ingredients
1.25 Cup Whole Wheat Flour, buckwheat flour, or quick cooking oats (I use whole wheat)3 tsp. Baking powder1 Cup skim milk3 Tbsp Olive Oil (recipe calls for Canola, but I prefer Olive)2 Tbsp Honey1 Egg
Directions
Combine dry ingredients, then whisk in wet ingredients
cook on griddle or in skillet on medium heat.
