1 Cup, Cottage Cheese (2%)1 Can, Garbanzo Beans (14.5 oz)1 Cup, Carrots, grated1/4 Cup, Green Peppers, Chopped1/4 Cup, Red Peppers, Chopped1/4 Cup, Yellow Peppers, Chopped2 Tbsp, Red Onions, Chopped1 Tsp, SaltPepper to taste2 Tbsp, Parsley, Chopped1 Tsp, Garlic, minced or crushed1 Cup, Cucumber (with peel), seeded and sliced
Directions
Mix all ingredients and allow to refrigerate over-night before serving.
