1.5 cup lentils1 cup celery 1 cup carrots1 large onion1 Potato1 tbsp salt1 tbsp vegetable soup mixwater
Directions
Dice all vegetables. Place all ingredients into 6 quart pot, then fill with water. Cook X 2 hours
