Vegetable soup

Ingredients
2-28 oz cans diced tomatoes6 large green onions1-10 oz can low sodium beef broth1 pkg dry veg. soup mix(Lipton Tomato Veg works well)2 green peppers,chopped2 lbs. carrots,sliced1 bunch celery,chopped 2 - 19 oz cans green beans (I use frozen about 3-4 cups)2 large cans water ( use can from diced tomatoes)
Directions
Place in large soup pot. season to taste. Bring to boil for 10 minutes,then reduce heat and simmer til carrots are tender. Dish up a big bowl and enjoy.
