No Bean Tortilla Lasagna w/Turkey

1 tbs vegetable oil1 lb ground Turkey Breast (99% Fat free)1 cup chopped onion1 1/2 cups chopped green and/or red peppers1/2 cup (4 ozs) diced green chiles1 package Taco Seasoning mix2 cups Thick and smooth taco sauce1 package (10) soft taco-size low-carb flour totillas (8")2 cups (8 ozs) low fat cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees grease 13 x 9 baking dish
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey; cook 5 to 6 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Stir in onion, peppers, chiles and seasoning mix. Reduce heat to low; cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until veggies are slightly tender
Spread 1/2 cup taco sauce over bottom of backing dish. cover with 5 torillas. Spread with half of meat mixture and 1/2 cup taco sauce. sprinkle with 1 cup cheese. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Bake for 15 to 30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted
