*Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey, 20 oz *Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 3.5 serving *Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .75 cup *Egg, fresh, 1 large*Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese (grated) -(2 tsp), 2 tsp *Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
Preheat oven to 375 degreeF. In bowl combine egg, 1 cup of DRAINED tomatoes, bread crumbs, cheese, peppers and turkey. Mix well. Spray large muffin(6) pan with cooking spray, I use Olive Oil, place pan on cookie sheet. Fill with meatloaf mixture and Bake for 30 mintues. Heat tomatoes and spread on meatloaves. Very moist. Enjoy!
