Chicken & Vegetable Biriyani

Ingredients
3 skinless chicken breasts2 cups (dry) whole grain rice2 bell peppers1 onion4-5 celery sticks (chopped)2 cups water1 can tomatoes1 jar Patak's Biriyani Paste
Directions
Cook chicken, onion and curry paste in a large pan until chicken is browned.

Add rice, tomatoes and water. Mix well and cover pan.

Simmer on low-medium heat for about 20 mins until rice is cooked and water evaporated (add more water if necessary for rice).

Stir and serve.
