Ingredients
1 cup Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 cup Almond Meal1 Tbsp Baking Powder1 stick or 1/2 Cup of Butter, unsalted4 large EggsNutmeg, ground, 1.5 tsp1/4 tsp Salt 2 tsp Cinnamon1 Cup Splenda1/2 cup water, tap, .5 cup
Directions
Mix all dry well. Mix all wet well. Mix together and then pour into muffin tins. Use lots of Pam or paper cups. Bake at 350 for 20 min,.

    The color was hideous. The appeared very dry and unappetizing. The fake sweet flavor was quite pronounced. It tastes just as you would expect low-carb or sugar-free to taste. - 11/24/16
