Pesto Chicken Salad Pitas

Ingredients
1/4 c light mayonnaise2 1/2 tbsp fat free plain yogurt2 1/2 tbsp pesto3/4 tbsp lemon juice1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper12 oz chicken breast, cooked1/2 c diced celery2 1/2 tbsp chopped walnuts, toasted5 whole wheat pocket pitas, Basson6 oz bottled roasted red bell peppers, drained and chopped5 romain lettuce leaves
Directions
Combine the first 6 ingredients witha whisk. Stir in the cubed chicken, celery and walnuts. Cut pitas in half and fill each half with 1/4 cup chicken mixture, 1 tbsp bell pepper and the romaine.
Makes 10 pita halves (nutritional info is for 2 halves per person)
