Caramel Cinnamon Sticky Buns

Topping - 1/3 cup packed brown sugar1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp unsalted butter1 Tbsp honey1 Tbsp water1 tsp cinnamon1/2 coarsely chopped pecans---Buns - 1 (16.3 oz) can of 8 large size reduced fat buttermilk biscuits1/4 cup granulated sugar1 tsp cinnamon1 Tbsp butter melted---You can add raisins or dried fruit to top if wanted- add calories per amt addedOPTIONAL & ADDING CALORIES! NOT needed!1/3 cp powder sugar1/2 tsp vanilla extract1 1/2 tsp milk - lowfat
1.Chop nuts
Heat oven to 400 degrees
In a saucepan, heat butter, brown sugar, honey, water & 1 tsp cinnamon over medium heat until smooth & melted.
Pour into 9 inch round cake pan. Sprinkle pecans over mixture.
Place biscuits on top of pecans in pan.
2. In a small bowl, combine gran. sugar & 2nd amount of cinnamon. Brush tops with melted butter, sprinkle with cinn-sugar mixture.
3. Bake 20 minutes or until tops of biscuits are brown.
4. WHILE baking, prepare a cookie sheet or smaller tray with foil lined on it then add a wire cooling rack.
5.Use caution, When biscuits are done the biscuits need to be inverted immediately on the wire rack with the foil lined pan catching the drips. Let cool slightly before adding glaze unless you are able to withstand this temptation. Cool well enough to eat safely & enjoy with hot tea or coffee or milk!!
