Creamy Ranch Potatoes

Ingredients
5 pounds small red potatoes, quartered16-ounce fat free dairy sour cream2 0.4 ounce packages of Hidden Valley Buttermilk dry Ranch dressing2 10 3/4 ounce cans of Cream of Mushroom soup (condensed)
Directions
In a 4 quart slow cooker place potatoes. In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture over potatoes; stir.

Cover; cook on low hear for 7-8 hours or on high heat for 3.5-4 hours. Stir gently before serving.
