Sauted Brussel Sprouts, Spinach, Summer Squash, Onion & Bok Choy

Ingredients
Heat a skillet over medium low heat. Slice onion and summer squash thinly. Add two Tbls EVOO to skillet along with onions and summer squash. Steam six brussel sprouts and then cut in half. Add to the skillet. During last couple of minutes add spinach and bok choy.
