Bean Salad

Ingredients
1/3 C fat free salsa3 Tbsp reduced fat sour cream3 cups black beans, reduced sodium (about two cans), drained & rinse first1 cup diced tomatoes or cherry tomatoes halved1 cup canned corn, no sodium added1/2 of a medium avocado, diced1/2 cup sliced scallions
Directions
In a large bowl, stir together salsa and sour cream until blended. Drain & rinse beans. Add the remaining ingredients and toss to mix and coat. Refrigerate.
