Potato Pancake

Ingredients
2 medium potatoes, shredded2 large eggs1/4 cup red onions1/4 cup floursalt and pepper to tasteground mustardgranulated garlic
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Heat oil in nonstick skillet. Place medium spoonfuls of batter into the skillet, cook until browned on both sides.
