John's Amazing Sundried Tomato Meatloaf

Ingredients

1 lb Ground Beef 93% Lean1 tsp Olive Oil1.5 tbsp Minced Garlic1/2 C Onions, chopped1 tbsp white vinegar1/4 C Sun Dried Tomatoes, chopped1/2 C Plain Bread crumbs2 tbsp Steak Seasoning (mostly black pepper)4 tbsp coarse ground Mustard
Preheat oven to 400 deg
On stovetop, saute onions and garlic in oil.
Deglaze pan with a splash of vinegar.
Mix all ingredients together, including stovetop ingredients, and form into loaf shape (or put in loaf pan).
Bake at 400 deg for 30-40 minutes (internal temperature of 160 deg).
