Bacon and Egg Cups

Ingredients
6 Eggs1/2 cup Parsley1/2 cup Chopped Onion3/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese4 slices of BaconA Splash of Milk
Directions
Cook the bacon, allow to cool, then crumble. Chop the onions and parsley. Beat 6 eggs and mix in a splash of milk, onion, parsley, 1/2 cup shredded cheese and bacon crumbles.

Spray a muffin pan with nonstick spray. Pour egg mixture evenly into the muffin cups. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
