Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
Two Medium heads fresh Broccoli with stalks removedI medium onion1 tbsp butter1 tbsp olive oil3 cups ckicken broth1 bay leaf- remove at end of cooking1/2 cup Sour Cream
Directions
melt butter and olive oil in a medium sauce pan,
Saute onion until soft
Add broccoli florets and chicken broth
gently boil 10 minutes
cool 10 minutes
transfer to a blender and pulse until blended ( not velvety)
Transfer to 4 individual serving bowls
dolop with 1 tbsp sour cream and stir into soup.
