Quick and Easy Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
CRUST:1 1/2 cup whole grain flour1 cup powdered sugar1/4 cup palm oil1/4 cup canola oil1 teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon saltFILLING:1 can of pumpkin1 1/2 cup powdered sugar3 eggs2 teaspoon pumpkin or apple pie spice
Directions
1. Preheat 400
2. Mix ingredients for crust together and press into a greased glass pie pan
3. Mix filling and pour over crust
4. Make in oven for 55 minutes or until top cracks, let cool
