Lemon Butter Edemame

Ingredients
Frozen, shelled edemame, 12 oz bag1 tsp salt1 cup water1 tbsp lemon zest2 tbsp lemon juice1tbsp low cal butter
Directions
Put edemame, water and salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Drain. Put edemame back in pan and add lemon juice and zest and butter. Stir.
