Sweet & Spicy Black Bean Salad

Ingredients
black beans, corn, celery, red bell pepper, cilantro, lime juice, canola oil, brown sugar, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
Directions
Dressing: mix lime juice, oil, brown sugar, mustartd, salt and pepper in a jar. Shake well to blend.

Mix beans, corn, celery, red pepper, cilantro in a bowl. Pour dressing over and toss to coat. Chill covered for 1 hour before serving.
